Salmon Carpaccio

Paper thin slices of delicious Atlantic salmon are the essential ingredient in this salmon Carpaccio. The original Carpaccio is an Italian appetizer made from raw beef. It was invented around 1950 in Venice by Giuseppe Cipriani and gets its name from a famous Venetian painter: Vittore Carpaccio. In an adaptation of Cipriani\'s original recipe we take fresh Atlantic salmon, fillet and salt it then slice it paper thin. The flavour can be further enhanced on serving with our vinaigrette, rounding off the dish by sprinkling shaved Parmesan cheese over the salmon slices.



Sandwich salmon

Best quality smoked salmon and gravad lax are sliced in a size and shape optimised for convenient use in sandwiches. Gentle processing methods guarantee the best quality. Sandwich salmon slices are proving to be a hit for food service.
