Morpol Specialities is a hothouse of innovation, continuously expanding the choice in consumer-convenient further processed salmon.
An inventive team of around 80 highly-skilled specialists operates in an enclosed facility that continuously meets the highest levels of food hygiene and safety. Located in Słupsk, Poland, the facility is fully modernised. The latest upgrade and expansion took place in 2013–2014.
The plant is equipped for a wide range of processing activities, including hot smoking and customised packaging. Even so, many of the products gain their special character through craftsmanship that cannot be automated. Morpol Specialities receives its raw materials from the nearby Morpol plant in Ustka and plays a valuable role in achieving maximum yield from every fish.
The stream of new ready-to-eat or -heat products, such as moist and dry sausages, kebabs, burgers, croquettes and roasts, combine salmon with a wide range of other tasty ingredients including many herbs and spices. New products are initially marketed in Poland.
