Bjørn Myrseth (born 1944), Chairman of the Board

Bjørn Myrseth is a Norwegian national. He is a fishery biologist from the University of Bergen; due to his long tenure and considerable expertise, he is by many considered one of the pioneers of the modern fish farming industry. Mr. Myrseth was also one of the founders of Stolt Sea Farms where he held the position as CEO from 1972-1987. In 1987 he founded Marine Farms ASA and he has been the company’s CEO until February 2011. He has broad experience from the industry, as entrepreneur, board member, and consultant and keynote speaker at many international fish farming conferences. He has also been associate professor at the Institute of Fishery Biology at the University of Bergen.
Marianne E. Johnsen (born 1963), Vice Chairman of the Board

Marianne E. Johnsen is a Norwegian national and the founder and managing partner of X-lence Group AS, a management consulting and investment company. Ms. Johnsen is an experienced leader, having experience both in the public and private sector. She works today as a professional board member and investor. Ms. Johnsen graduated as a lawyer from the University of Oslo before obtaining an MBA (with honours) from Solvay Business School in Brussels. Ms. Johnsen has gained extensive board experience during the last ten years both as director and chairperson of the board in different companies within the areas of technology, shipping, offshore, health, finance, aquaculture and oil and gas. Current directorships include Codfarmers ASA (chair), Copeinca ASA, Rocksource ASA and Sparebank 1 Gruppen Finans AS.
Sławomir Stochniałek (born 1961), board member

Sławomir Stochniałek is a Polish national and has been the member of the board of Morpol S.A. since 2005 (Chairman since 2009). Mr. Stochniałek has held various board positions in Polish companies and is an entrepreneur. He has established and run a variety of businesses in Poland and is currently the CEO of Epigon S.A. (listed on the secondary market in Warsaw), a distributor of fish products in Poland.
Monika Grolewska (born 1981), board member

Monika Grolewska is a Polish national and owns the law firm Kancelaria Adwokacka Monika Grolewska in Gdansk. She is an advocate and specializes in legal assistance for enterprises.
Teresa Sienkiewicz (born 1964), board member

Teresa Sienkiewicz is a Polish national. She holds a Master degree from University in Lublin, which was followed up by post-graduate studies at Cambridge University and MBA of University of Central Lancashire. She has over 20 years of experience working in managerial positions in different sectors. She started her professional career in early 90’ in automotive sector with Same-Lamborghini, where she held a number of senior operational and financial roles, both in Poland and internationally, including CFO position for Poland. She has held a number of management positions in leading food companies and has extensive experience as a senior executive in listed companies -Tate&Lyle, Rieber& Son, Suedzucker AG. Ms Sienkiewicz has been working in different countries on cross boarders projects with multicultural organisations.
Kaj Kohave (born 1946), board member

Kaj Kohave is a Danish national. He has extensive experience from 1982-1995 as group management member in several Danish bigger companies like NKT, Purup Electronics, Enkotec and Kelsen and has joined boards for daughter companies in USA, France, Hong Kong and Germany. In 1995 he was joining the sale of Norlax to Norway Seafood and appointed to managing director. He was involved in restructuring production and moving some production to Poland and in 1998/99 to Morpol. He has held board positions in Bilwinco, Thorfisk and the Danish fisheries organisation Dansk Fisk (2001/2002). He is chairman in one real estate project. Since 2004 he has been working as a private investor and consultant.
