Morpol is the world leader in smoked salmon products prepared using equipment optimised to create delicious cold and hot smoked salmon from top quality Atlantic salmon farmed in Norway and Scotland, organic Atlantic from Ireland and wild sockeye salmon, MSC certified from the Pacific coast of Alaska.
An expanding range of speciality fish products from Morpol includes marinated salmon and harasu — a special cut of salmon for sushi and sashimi. Morpol is the largest supplier of harasu to the Japanese market. Additionally, Morpol prepares and supplies fresh salmon fillets and fresh and frozen portions that are popular in retail and food service companies in the US and Europe.
